• Orders over $199.00 Qualify for Free UPS Ground shipping. We reserve the right to use U.S.P.S. Priority Mail as an alternate shipping solution at our own discretion and preference.
• Free shipping cannot be combined with any other coupon code.
• Any large orders that require the use of a pallet for shipping as a result of weight or size will be charged a $150 pallet surcharge fee.

• *FREE SHIPPING is only good in the lower 48 states excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
• If we ship an order to you and it is returned to us as undeliverable you will be liable for any return shipping charges we incur. If you wish to have the order re-shipped you will incur shipping charges even on "free shipping" eligible orders. If your order is returned and not re-shipped at your request you will incur the restocking fee of 15%. For these reasons please carefully check your shipping address at the time of ordering. If you notice an error after your order is placed please call 303.465.GROW (4769) to inform us immediately.

• A request for returning an item must be submitted within 30 days of the invoice date.
• Upon receiving your email request for a Return or Exchange, a Customer Service Representative will email you return instructions with the address to ship your item back.
• Except in the case of a manufacturer's defect, return shipping charges are not refundable and initial shipping fees are not refundable.
• No returns on electrical items, trays, or special order items.
• A 15% restocking fee will be charged for each returned item. A 20% restocking fee will be charged if the product is returned unclean.
• All return items must be in "re-sellable condition" ** to qualify for a return or exchange.
• Once we receive your returned item, it will be examined to determine if it is in re-sellable condition. Please allow up to 7 business days for inspection and processing of the returned item.
• If the item is re-sellable, a refund will be issued to your credit card (minus the original shipping fees) within 30 days of receiving your returned item.
• If the item is found not to be in re-sellable condition, a Customer Service Representative will contact you to notify you of the inspection. Items that are not re-sellable will be shipped back to you, at your request.

** Note about "re-sellable condition": Items must be clean, undamaged and returned in the original packaging. Items displaying excessive wear are not eligible for a refund. Return Procedures To prevent any delays in your refund or exchange, please follow these instructions:

• 1. Returns must include a copy of the original invoice with the "Reason for Return" written on the invoice.
• 2. Returns must include all components of the original manufacturers' package.
• 3. For your protection, we strongly suggest you insure your package for shipment.

ColoradoGrow.com cannot be responsible for returned packages that are lost in the mail. If you have any questions or would like to check the status of a return, please email us through our contact form.

How do I return an item? - Our return policy is simple and hassle free. Just let us know. We are happy to accept returns on most products within 15 days of receipt. Please note that returns not due to an error on our part, will incur a 15% restocking fee. (Restocking fees are charged to offset the cost of repacking merchandise in new boxes so they may be retailed again.) We will issue you a credit to the credit card used to purchase the item minus the 15% fee. Products damaged in shipping must be reported within 5 days of receiving the product or a claim cannot be filed. A 20% restocking fee will be charged if the product is returned unclean.
